The Freshwater Systems 5-staqe Under Sink Reverse Osmosis [RO] System, with additional inbuilt pump for use in applications with low water pressure availability.

The unit produces 50 gallons per day of the highest quality water for home use, at an economical cost, with this advanced system providing fine filtration at a molecular level. It includes a final filtration process for polishing the water and removing gasses for the ultimate clarity

Reverse osmosis creates the purest water achievable for home use, using membrane technology to remove over 98% of contaminants that can affect the quality of your water.

Reverse osmosis is the only filtration process to effectively remove hard metals, PFAS and other harmful, difficult to remove contaminants.

Reverse osmosis has hardness removed through the treatment process, so additional water softening is not required. Reverse osmosis water can be enjoyed for its purity, or may have minerals added back to suit personal preferences; to create the water qualities you want for your family.

Specifications

Stages of Filtration:

  1. The First Stage removes more than 5-micron particles of mechanical impurities, such as silt, sand, rust and scale, using the 5 Micron PP Sediment Filter.
  2. The Second Stage neutralizes chlorine, organic and organochlorine compounds using the GAC Coconut Shell Carbon Filter resulting in improved taste, Colour and odour of water.
  3. The Third Stage consists of 10-Micron specialized Carbon filter fine cleans mechanical impurities of more than 1 micron.
  4. The Fourth Stage the pre-purified water is passed through a reverse osmosis membrane
  5. The Fifth Stage Post-Carbon cartridge conditions water and absorbs any gases dissolved in the water giving the water a pleasant and natural taste.

The initial filtration processes remove:

  • Sediment and Turbidity (e.g. sand, dirt and rust)
  • Unpleasant Taste and Odour (chloramine or chlorine commonly added to municipal water supply for disinfection)

The Reverse Osmosis membrane removes 98% of dissolved solids and particles, bacteria, pyroxenes, colloids and organics:

  • minerals,
  • salinity,
  • heavy metals,
  • fluoride,
  • chemicals such as nitrates and PFAS
  • cysts, E. Coli and viruses. The system removes 98% of dissolved solids and over 99% of particles, bacteria, pyroxenes, colloids and organics.
