Winery

This works to remove any salt and inorganic material in the water, allowing it to be used for irrigation and general operations without compromising your vegetation.

Distillery

Water is used through the process of making sprit products, and purified water is added after maturation, to reduce the strength of their product prior to bottling. Water has the potential to add characteristics to spirit products that can affect their flavour and appearance.

To achieve and control a high-quality final product, consistency of water characteristics is sought throughout the distilling process. Minerals and organics must be removed from the water, to avoid unwanted reactions, tastes and hazing.
