The water treatment equipment we supply is the manifestation of the core of Freshwater System’s business – service. Taking time with people is central to our business. Our open-door approach welcomes people to contact us with their questions, to assist information search and to help clarifying their needs. We love a complex water challenge!
We work closely with our clients to deliver solutions to address these needs, and provide support post-installation. Each skid and containerised system came to being with hours of consultation and design before the project was even approved, to ensure that our recommendations are “water tight”.
We provide services prior to and throughout our engagement process:
- Systems design
- Building and system testing on Freshwater’s dedicated manufacturing site
- Compliance with regulations and standards, such as AS5369:2023
- Monitoring for timely decision-making
- Service & Maintenance
