Freshwater Systems customise water treatment systems to the needs of our clients, utilising a range of technologies and treatment methods to produce water of the desired quality and properties.
Our solutions often incorporate multiple stages of treatment, determined by the source water type and intended use. We design and build rainwater treatment systems, bore water treatment systems and river water treatment systems, as well as systems to purify mains water to exacting purity levels.
Our water treatment projects may incorporate a combination of ultrafiltration, dosing systems, water pumping systems, reverse osmosis / demineralisation, rainwater reuse systems and wastewater systems.
Freshwater Systems have established their presence through specialising in reverse osmosis systems. We are well known in hospital water treatment, meeting the most precise and regulated water treatment standards throughout industry, with AS5369:2023 compliance projects across over 80 Australian hospitals, including some of the country’s most recent new facilities.
Interestingly, the same reverse osmosis technology is an effective method to treat bore water in agriculture and farming, illustrating rainwater treatment is also becoming an important method in commercial and agriculture applications, where there is a scarcity of mains water supply.
