The Freshwater Systems 20″ X 4.5″ Twin Replacement Filter Pack (Polyspun & Carbon Block) is ideal for whole house mains water.

It suits our 20” x 4.5” Twin Whole Home Filtration System, and includes:

• 1 Micron Polyspun Filter
• 10 Micron Coconut Carbon Filter

Polyspun Filter

Freshwater Systems polyspun sediment cartridges are constructed from polypropylene which is spun whilst melting. Compatible with most liquids they remove sediment, rust, sand, silt, and algae. They are an effective form of filtration and carry a lot of sediment before requiring replacement.

Poly spun filters are a disposable filter suited to through filtration of relatively clean water for removal of sediment.

Carbon Block Filter

Carbon is the main filtration material for removal of contaminants that discolour water or make it taste and smell unpleasant. These filters are universal and will suit all “Big Blue” 20″ x 4.5″ filtration housings regardless of supplier or brand.
