We also work closely with Adelaide’s leading Consulting Engineers who we assist us in customising pump and water treatment systems for Medical, Industrial/Commercial and Domestic applications.

Jeff Nicholas
Managing Director
Jeff Nicholas founded Freshwater Systems in 1991, and has been managing director of the company ever since. Boasting 30 years of experience in the water treatment industry, Jeff prides himself on his quality of custom fabricated and designed plants and unrivalled attention to detail. Jeff received his Master plumber certificate in 1975, and is dedicated to providing his clients with water treatment engineering solutions of the highest possible quality.
James Di Salvio
Sales Manager
Armed with 27 years of experience in the water industry, James joined the Freshwater team 6 years ago, and today specialises in pumps and associated equipment. James loves breaking into markets and providing new industries with the best water treatment solutions in South Australia, while working to satisfy new and existing clients through his dedication to customer service.
Rodney Millard
Service Manager
Rodney Millard has been a valued part of the Freshwater team for 14 years. As the Service Manager, he is in charge of a team of 7 service technicians and support staff as well as project managing our large on-site projects from start to finish, offering a great sense of accomplishment and proud association with the Fresh Water name. Having attained an advanced technical understanding of water treatment, Rodney appreciates that there’s always something new to learn.
